What is Super Duplex 2507 Stainless Steel Flange?
Super Duplex 2507 flanges are used to connect two dissimilar pipes and are resistant to intergranular and crevice corrosion. Super Duplex 2507 stainless steel also readily resists chloride stress corrosion cracking at temperatures up to 150°C. Astm a182 f53 offers high strength, with a minimum tensile strength of 116 ksi and a minimum yield strength of 80 ksi.
While Grade 150 is a common pressure rating, we also offer grades from 150 to 2500 and PN6 to PN64. Our S32750 flanges undergo a battery of tests before shipment, including micro and macro testing, ultrasonic testing, flaring testing, and flattening testing.
