S32205 Elbow refers to pipe elbow fittings made of 2205 (EN 1.4462) duplex stainless steel, about 22% chromium, about 5% nickel, about 3% molybdenum. 2205 Elbow is twice as strong as 316L. S32205 material is resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking and is commonly used in offshore platforms, subsea pipelines, heat exchangers, oil and gas industries.
We, the supplier, provide ASTM A815 butt weld elbows, as well as ASTM A182 threaded or socket weld elbows. Butt weld elbows we can provide both welded or seamless types. The nominal ID range for welded elbow fittings is 1/8 inch to 42 inches, and the nominal ID range for seamless elbows is 1/8 inch to 24 inches.
