Factory Fabrication 310s Stainless Steel Data Sheet
Hot Forming: Uniformly heat to 950–1200°C (1742–2192°F).
Solution Treatment (Annealing): Heat to 1040–1150°C and rapidly cool to achieve optimal corrosion resistance.
Welding: TIG, MIG, or manual metal arc welding using 310 or ER310 filler wire.
Cutting: Plasma cutting, waterjet cutting, or laser cutting may be employed.
