Stainless Steel 316L features
SAE 316L grade stainless steel, sometimes referred to as A4 stainless steel or marine grade stainless steel, is the second most common austenitic stainless steel after 304/A2 stainless steel. Since 316L contains less carbon than 316, it has better intergranular corrosion resistance, 316L is the superior choice for high corrosion and high temperature applications.
316L stainless steel pipe fittings have the advantages of high corrosion resistance, excellent mechanical properties, good weldability and durability. They are also easy to install and maintain, making them a cost-effective choice for a variety of industrial applications.
