Stainless steel 316 flange is a pipe connection component made of 316 stainless steel, mainly used for sealing and fixing in high pressure, high temperature or corrosive environment. 316 stainless steel is an austenitic stainless steel, containing 16-18% chromium, 10-14% nickel and 2-3% molybdenum. The addition of molybdenum significantly improves the resistance to chloride corrosion and pitting corrosion, and is suitable for harsh working conditions such as chemical, marine, and pharmaceutical. This type of flange is usually produced by forging or casting. Common types include flat welding, blind welding and threaded flanges, which can adapt to the complex needs of pipeline systems.
