Stainless Steel 304 Flange

Stainless steel 304 flange serves as a pipe connector made of 304 austenitic stainless steel. Its core material contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel. It has excellent corrosion resistance, processing performance and medium strength. Stainless steel ss 304 is suitable for temperature environments from -196℃ to 800℃, but it should be used with caution in high temperature sensitization and high concentration chloride ion environments.
Stainless Steel 304L Flange structure covers a variety of types such as Welding Neck Flanges, blind, threaded, Socket Weld and slip on. The sealing surface design includes raised surface, concave and convex surface and ring connection surface. SS 304 Flange can adapt to different pressure levels (such as ANSI Class 150-2500, DIN PN6-PN100) and pipe diameter requirements (DN15 to DN600). SUS S30400 is manufactured by forging or casting process. The forging parts have dense grains and are suitable for high-pressure scenes. The casting parts are lower in cost. Its surface can be passivated by pickling or electrolytic polishing to improve its corrosion resistance. Based on the above characteristics, it is particularly suitable for food, medicine, chemical, petrochemical, shipbuilding, construction and other fields.
