Hastelloy C4 seamless and welded pipes are made with a high-quality grade composition, including nickel, chromium, and molybdenum. These seamless and welded pipes provide excellent resistance to various chemical processes. Hastelloy C4 seamless and welded pipes are in high demand because of their exceptional properties and stabilities. Hastelloy C22 Pipes & Tubes has exceptional welding properties. This alloy is also made with a combination of molybdenum, nickel, and chromium. They are made for complicated work purposes. It has excellent resistive properties. These seamless and welded pipes are pretty comfortable with cold working. The estimated working temperature for these pipes is 2250°F, whereas the tensile strength of C22 alloy is 100000 PSi and the yield strength is 45000 PSi. Hastelloy C4 Alloy pipe is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with outstanding high-temperature stability as evidenced by high ductility and corrosion resistance even after aging in the 1200 to 1900°F (649 to 1038°C) range. This alloy resists the formation of grain-boundary precipitates in the weld heat-affected zone, thus making it suitable for most chemical process applications in the as welded condition. C4 alloy pipe also has excellent resistance to stress-corrosion cracking and to oxidizing atmospheres up to 1900°F (1038°C).
