JN ALLOY supplies Hastelloy c276 SO flanges, Hastelloy c276 WN flanges, UNS N10276 blind flanges, 2.4819 Hastelloy c276 plain flanges, ASTM B564 UNS N10276 SW flanges, Hastelloy c276 spectacle blind flanges, Hastelloy c276 threaded flanges, 2.4819 spacer ring,UNS N10276 paddle blind/blank, Hastelloy c276 bleed/test/drip ring, Hastelloy c276 reducing flange.
Hastelloy C276 Flanges are made up of the nickel chromium molybdenum alloy that is called hastelloy. The composition includes 50.99% nickel, 14.5% chromium, 15% molybdenum and carbon, manganese, silicon, sulfur, cobalt, iron and phosphorus in it. The Hastelloy C276 Flanges have high melting point of 1370 degrees Celsius. This high melting point allows for higher operating temperatures of the flanges. The material also has 790MPa minimum tensile strength and 355MPa minimum yield strength. The Alloy C276 Forged Flange is made through a forging process which makes the flanges stronger. These are made from a single piece of raw material to remain in shape. There are different sizes, standards and specifications for the flanges such as the UNS N10276 SORF Flange. The flanges can be of ASTM B564 specification and different standards according to the ANSI, ASME, EN or DIN standards. Hastelloy C276 Flanges are corrosion resistant to most corrosive media, acids, oxidizing and reducing media. The material has nickel, chromium, molybdenum, tungsten and vanadium in the composition. It is strong and can withstand harsh environments. The Class 150 Hastelloy UNS N10276 Flanges are the lowest class of flanges in this range. The classes can range from 150 to 2500 and from PN6 to PN64. The classes define the pressure containment capacity of the flanges. The nominal bore sizes of the C276 Hastelloy Orifice Flange and other flange is covered by different standards such as the B16.5. The wall thickness and the nominal bore sizes allow for the schedules and classes to calculate the pressure capacities. The ANSI B16.5 Alloy C276 Blind Flange comes under a standard that covers flanges of ½ inches through 48 inches.
Hastelloy C276 flanges offer excellent heat resistance. They can maintain their integrity and functionality even at very high temperatures. This heat resistance makes them particularly valuable in applications with common extreme thermal fluctuations. Moreover, these flanges have exceptional mechanical properties, including high tensile strength and robustness. They can withstand high pressures and loads without deforming, making them suitable for high-pressure applications. The inherent toughness of the alloy ensures that the flanges can resist physical stress and impacts, providing a solid, reliable connection. Another vital property of Hastelloy C276 flanges is their superb weldability. Despite the alloy's hardness and strength, it is highly weldable, allowing for secure connections. This property facilitates ease of installation and ensures a solid, leak-free joint, even under extreme conditions. The superior resistance to corrosion and high-temperature operations means these flanges last longer than those made of less resistant materials. This long-term reliability can reduce maintenance and replacement costs, adding to the overall economic efficiency of the systems where they are installed. Hastelloy C276 flanges combine excellent corrosion resistance, superior mechanical strength, heat resistance, and outstanding weldability. These remarkable properties make them optimal for demanding applications, ensuring both performance and longevity.Jinie Technology (Jiangsu) Co., LTD an ISO 9001: 2015 certified company, which has developed a broad range of products that are capable of withstanding customization.
