JN ALLOY supplies Inconel 625 Buttweld Fitting, know more about Alloy 625 Buttweld Elbow, UNS N06625 Elbow Manufacturer in China,Best Price of UNS N06625 90 Degree Elbow, Inconel 625 45 Deg Long Radius Elbow.

Inconel 625 Fittings is modified when the alloying element niobium is added to it and is hence is said to be solution strengthened. Nickel Alloy 625 Elbow when the solution strengthened becomes strong and the plastic deformation due to external stress is reduced. ASME B16.9 Inconel 625 Elbow are categorized as super alloy fittings and are said to have high toughness and fatigue resistance. Inconel 625 Elbow can perform from cryogenic temperatures up to 1093 degrees Celsius temperatures. There are different types of the fittings such as the Alloy 625 Buttweld Elbow which is used to turn the direction of the line. The elbows come in different angles such as 45 degrees and 90 degrees. The high temperature operation of the material comes from its high melting point of 1350 degrees Celsius. Alloy 625 Buttweld Elbow can also resist corrosion to various inorganic acids like sulfuric, hydrochloric, nitric, and phosphoric acids. Due to the ease in fabrication this alloy is used in manufacturing various fitting components that are used in conjunction with various plant equipment.

Inconel 625 Elbow are available in ATSM B366 and ASME SB366 specifications. The tensile strength of Din 2.4856 Welded Buttweld Fittings is 1,35,000 psi 930 MPsand yield strength is 75,000 psi 517 MPa. UNS N06625 Elbow are manufactured using push, cast, press, and forge processes. These fittings are available in the price range of Rs. 12,700 to Rs 2 lakh. Jinie Technology (Jiangsu) Co., LTD is among the leading manufacturers of alloy 625 Elbow fittings and provide you the best quality product at an affordable price. Customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We assist in choosing the fittings as per the customers' needs and specifications.

Type of Inconel 625 Elbow

90 Degree Inconel 625 Elbow

90 degree steel pipe elbow functioned to change fluid direction by 90 degree, so also named as vertical elbow. It is the common degree in all the pipeline systems and used most in all different degree of elbows. (As it is convenient to suit to steel construction and structural.)

Inconel 625 Long radius 90 degree elbow

LR 90 degree steel pipe elbow are installed between different lengths pipe or tubing. It helps to change direction at 90 degree, and is commonly used to connect hoses to pumps, deck drains and valve.

Inconel 625 Short radius 90 degree elbow

SR 90 degree elbow is the same as the pipe elbow mentioned above, but the diameter is shorter. Therefore, this kind of steel elbow is often used when space is not enough.

45 Degree Inconel 625 Elbow

45 degree elbow of long radius

The pipe elbow is mounted between two pipes so that the fluid direction can be changed to 45 degrees. Compared to 90 degree elbow, 45 degree elbow produces less friction, and with the lower pressure.

Inconel 625 45 degree elbow of short radius

SR Elbow in 45 degree is usually attached to copper, plastic, steel, cast iron and lead, and can also be connected to stainless and rubber fixtures. It is widely used in chemical, food, water supply facilities, electronic industry, chemical pipelines, horticulture, agriculture production, solar equipment pipelines, air conditioning pipeline and other fields.

180 Degree Inconel 625 Elbow

180 Degree steel elbow helps change direction at 180 degrees, since it usually results in low pressure. Its application is limited to minimal deposition and low turbulence system.

Application of Inconel 625 Elbow

Inconel 625 elbows find extensive application across various industries due to their exceptional corrosion resistance, high strength, and excellent weldability. In the oil and gas sector, they are crucial for offshore platforms and subsea pipelines, withstanding highly corrosive environments and extreme pressures. In the chemical processing industry, Inconel 625 elbows handle aggressive chemicals and high-temperature reactions, ensuring reliable performance in reactors and heat exchangers. Additionally, they are used in power generation plants, particularly in supercritical and ultra-supercritical boilers, where they endure high temperatures and steam pressures, contributing to the efficiency and longevity of the equipment. Their ability to resist oxidation and stress corrosion cracking makes them a preferred choice for demanding applications where durability and reliability are paramount.
