Alloy 31 pipe
JN ALLOY supplies Alloy 31 Pipe, ASTM B622 UNS N08031 Tube, Alloy 31 Tube, 1.4562 Alloy 31 Tube, Alloy 31 Pipe, Alloy 31 Material, Alloy 31 Price, N08031 Tube, Alloy 31 Tubing, Alloy 31 Seamless Tubing.
Alloy 20 pipe tube is made from a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of copper and molybdenum. Contains niobium for stabilization against sensitization resulting in intergranular corrosion. Has excellent resistance to general corrosion, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chemicals, containing chlorides and sulfuric, phosphoric, nitric acids. The chromium and molybdenum content provide good pitting and crevice corrosion resistance. This ASTM B729 UNS N08020 seamless pipe exhibits exceptional resistance to stress corrosion cracking (SCC) induced by chlorides. Alloy 20 can be utilized in a wide variety of chemical process environments and has good performance in most acids, alkalines, salts, and seawater. When the Alloy 31 pipe is used in Chloridoxid bleaching plants in paper production and if used in the presence of boiling 67% nitric acid, the alloy has Excellent resistance to both general and localized corrosion as well. Alloy 1.4562 welded pipes also has the ability to resist corrosion even in alkaline and acid halide containing media. Typically alloy grade uns n08031 seamless pipe is known to have a PREN value of ≥ 48. A higher PREN value or pitting resistance equivalent number indicates that the resistance to pitting corrosion of that particular alloy grade is high. The alloy 31 seamless pipe can be used in settings where the temperature ranges between -196°C to 550°C. Additionally, since the alloy 31 welded pipe has very good weldability properties, it can be used for welding based applications as well. Alloy 31 Pipes are very superior to alloy 625 pipe & other nickel alloy pipe and suitable for transporting extremely corrosive liquids.
Jinie Technology (Jiangsu) Co., LTD specializes in manufacturing alloy 31 pipes for more than 10 years. With its properties, the material become greatly used in various industries, including chemical processing, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and offshore oil and gas production. They are commonly used in areas where other materials like nickel alloys or stainless steel, have failed due to corrosion. Jinie Technology (Jiangsu) Co., LTD offer different types of alloy 31 pipes, including seamless pipes, welded pipe, ERW pipe, alloy 31 seamless and welded coiled tubing, and corrugated pipes. Jinie Technology (Jiangsu) Co., LTD, we can manufacture alloy 31 pipe forms using various methods, including seamless and welded. The specific production process will depend on factors such as wall thickness, pipe diameter, and intended use. Contact us now to learn more and get a quote for your project!
