Alloy 20 Flange

JN ALLOY supplies alloy 20 SO flanges, alloy 20 WN flanges, UNS N08020 blind flanges, 2.4660 alloy 20 plain flanges, ASME SB462 Alloy 20 UNS N08020 SW flanges, alloy 20 spectacle blind flanges, alloy 20 threaded flanges, 2.4660 spacer ring, UNS N08020 paddle blind/blank, alloy 20 bleed/test/drip ring, alloy 20 reducing flange.

Alloy 20 flange (UNS N08020, 2.4660) refers to a high-performance pipe connection component designed for extremely corrosive environments. UNS N08020 is widely used in the fields of chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and marine engineering. The alloy 20 flange is made of nickel-based alloy material, and its typical composition is 35% nickel, 20% chromium, 3.5% copper, 2.5% molybdenum and a small amount of niobium stabilizing elements. This unique element ratio makes it exhibit excellent corrosion resistance in sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid and mixed acid environments, especially in high-temperature media containing chlorides and halogen ions. Jinie Technology (Jiangsu) Co., LTD supply all different types and scales of flanges. Please feel free to contact us for further product information and pricing.

UNS N08020 Manufacturing Process

The manufacturing process of Alloy 20 Flange strictly follows the ASTM B473 standard, and the impurity content is controlled by the vacuum arc remelting (VAR) process to ensure that the material purity reaches more than 99.9%, and the intergranular corrosion sensitivity is significantly reduced.

Alloy 2.4660 Flanges Types

Alloy 20 flanges cover more than 2500 pressure levels from Class 150. Common types include weld neck flanges (WN), socket welding flanges (SW) and lap-joint flanges (LJ). The sealing surface types can be selected from RF, FF, and RTJ to meet the needs of different working conditions.

Alloy 20 Flanges Application

ASME SB462 Alloy 20 Flanges are widely used in various industries, including oil and gas, chemical, and food. They connect pipes, valves & other equipment and are commonly found in piping systems for offshore platforms, refineries, and power generation plants.
