Manufacturers will strictly control the procurement of raw materials to ensure that they meet the standard requirements. The raw materials are heated and melted in an electric furnace. During this process, the temperature and time must be precisely controlled to ensure that the alloying elements are fully and evenly mixed. Subsequently, refining methods are used to remove impurities and gases to improve the purity and quality of the materials. The refined molten steel enters the transition furnace for further processing to improve the purity and uniformity of the material. Then hot rolling is carried out.
